It is difficult to check multiple calendars in the P6 PPM Calendar form to ensure that working time of multiple calendars match or aligned.

I was asked by a student what is the simplest way to compare calendars in Oracle Primavera P6 and decided to write this short post.
This post outlines a simple method that may be used to compare different calendars using P6:
- The user should create an activity for each calendar,
- Then assign the calendar to each activity,
- Switch on Necking for calendar nonwork time in the Bars from for the Critical and Non-Critical activities and
- Increases the timescale to so all splits in the nonwork time are visible.
- Display the grid lines as required:
