User Defined Fields has an Indicator option that allows four indicators to be displayed. These may be used in conjunction with a Global Change to indicate the status of an activity in respect to a Baseline.

Many construction contracts specify that a delay must be calculated from the critical path of a program.
Often project programs are completed Microsoft and therefore to demonstrate a delay the scheduler needs to add delays to the program to evaluate the delay.

P6 has dates that are called External Dates. Do you know that they are a constraint, they may significantly change your program and may be created without you knowing?
External Dates can be career shortening if you do not know how they are created, how to find them, delete them or turn them off!
